Weve just returned from a 1 night stay at the tree house and what a beautiful experience it was. Firstly Alison's attention to detail on the welcome leaflet fittleworth it so easy for us to find.

The tree house itself is amazing such a clever design which makes the tree the main focus of its design really adding to the magic of it.

Everything was very clean and tidy and the bed very comfortable we had a great night sleep. Alison couldn't be more helpful she told us about the best places to go for dinner and how to organise taxis nothing was to much for her she was happy to answer all our questions and was very genuine. Breakfast again was just lovely beautiful setting and lovely hot full English with all the extras.

After breakfast we cheekily asked if we could look at the garden room and the barn and both were lovely. We would definitely stay here again sussex …. Date of stay: August Trip type: Traveled as a couple.

Sean wrote a review May Perfect stay! Just returned from a wonderful nights stay at the barn. It was very romantic with a rustic feel. Lots of Windows providing natural light and songs from nature as you sit out on the balcony to complete the experience. Alison was the perfect host treehouse her warm hospitality and delicious breakfast!

Highly recommend sussex peaceful and tranquil gem in the countryside. Date of stay: Sussex Trip type: Traveled treehouse a couple. Ellie Ross wrote a review May Expensive and fittleworth without the chic.

Our stay was booked as a special birthday treat for 2 nights in the Treehouse. We were so disappointed as everything seemed tired and unloved. You could say shabby without the chic. Our room was cold even though the owner had assured us there was a heater on all the time. Our mattress was only just about OK as a piece of plywood had to be placed underneath prior to our arrival as we had said we need a decent mattress that didn't sink in the middle.

New, fluffy towels were not provided. Instead we had very ordinary hand and bath towels in a drab colour that looked as though they had seen better days.

Our tea tray was like a bad dream with cups and saucers so grubby one of the treehouse actually stuck to its saucer. The wooden slats on the bathroom blind had west been dusted for ages and cobwebs were in the corners of both bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast fittleworth served in a shabby, dusty conservatory and the portions were small. A cat was sitting on the breakfast table when we walked in. We were not offered anymore toast so treehouse only had three west between us.

At breakfast we stated that we did not wish to stay another night, giving our reasons why. We asked for half our money back for the one night but the owner refused. We have written two emails and sussex her the opportunity to make amends but we have had nothing. We would not recommend this accommodation and feel it is grossly overpriced. Date of stay: May Rooms. Coastal wrote a review Jan Certainly not worth the price. Alison showed us up to the treehouse, west was warm and looked cosy.

On further inspection one of the rugs was ripped, there was a towel and a plastic tray under a chair for leaks. A sheepskin rug by the bed was filthy. The bedding had seen better days and holes had been west. The blankets underneath the bedspread looked ancient. The bed seemed to dip at the head and needed west new mattress. The 2 cushions on fittleworth bed were balding.

The bathroom had underfloor heating which was a blessing and a lovely shiny fittleworth basin but the shower looked quite disgusting and the shower curtain needed changing. No little bottles of shampoo or shower gel, just 2 jars one with an s and one with a c.

Lord knows sussex long the contents had been in treehouse for. No little touches like bottles of water. The tree house is very peaceful and I enjoyed listening to treehouse wildlife and the creaking of the trees. It was lovely to wake up in sussex forest but we felt west grubby we just wanted to get out and go home. For starters remove the dead pit plants on the balcony, buy clean fresh bedding.

Bleach the shower and change the curtain. An acknowledgment or reply to my email would have been nice. We just feel let down and ripped off. West of stay: December Trip type: Traveled as a couple.
